“ Hands down THE BEST place for food for the soul!!!! The service is impeccable, the staff makes you feel like literal family the moment you walk in. My teenage daughter and I went after reading the reviews. They were super busy that day so they sat us “family style” with another patron that was solo. It ended up being the best lunch and the best conversation with a stranger, now friend. The vibe is so welcoming and the food is OUTSTANDING. Treat yourself right and get Around the table! ”
“ Visiting from Philadelphia area and stumbled on this wonderful , casual restaurant with great food and generous portions. Everything we had was delicious! Catfish nuggets were especially good. The atmosphere was homey and not fancy but what really stood out was the friendly, welcoming staff. A receptionist with a beautiful voice sung a “Happy Birthday “ solo to a client which was enjoyed by the entire room. Having dinner here made my evening and restored my faith in humanity in these tumultuous times. ”
“ Food was excellent, service was good and lady owner sang happy birthday to my niece. We arrived and were seated immediately. Two in my family did not like the pork chops, said it was not seasoned and or tasted bland. One asked for the baked chicken instead and enjoyed the baked chicken. Leaving this in the review with the hope and confidence that the pork chops will improve over time. We received our appetizers and one starters first, children had their food immediately after appetizers were served, entrees and then sides were delivered separately and after the entrees were served. Everyone was asked, who asked for this side and that side. So wait for it and you will get your food. Love all the phrases and or sayings posted throughout the restaurant reminding you that you are loved etc... I had the catfish, green beans and baked beans and they all were amazing. I also had the blackberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream and that was just as amazing. My brothers told me that I need to try the baked beans (best he ever had) and the blackberry cobbler; all of my brothers had the blackberry cobbler except one of my brothers because our mother made blackberry pie at home for us. My brother Keith did not have the blackberry cobbler; he said, no one told him anything. Evidently he would have tried it, if he knew about it. We all said we would love to return because the food and service is that good! ”

“ The food was absolutely amazing! OMG the sweet potato pie 5 stars hands down! The fried chicken was also delicious and my coworker said the smothered pork chops were so well seasoned and perfect. The owner came out and introduced herself to us and she was so friendly and just had a genuine personality. We definitely will be returning! ”
“ This was my first time at Around The Table and it will most definitely not be my last! The food, service and atmosphere were truly wonderful! My Mom and two sisters were with me and each of them thoroughly enjoyed their meals as much as I did! My Mom and I even purchased a meal to go for after church tomorrow. Our server (Ashley) was the best and before leaving, I was able to let Amy know that the food was so delicious! I had the ribs dinner with mac and cheese, cabbage, collards and a slice of sweet potato pie. Everything was ABC DELICIOUS!! The meals ordered by my Mom and my sisters were equally delicious as well. The cost of the food is really reasonable and the portions are a nice size too. We all ended up taking home what we couldn't eat. We're looking forward to going again real soon. “ Hidden Gem!! So glad we stopped we went sat the special was bbq ribs they came with 2 sides these were so tender the best ribs I've ever gotten from a restaurant. I paired it with mashed potatoes and corn pudding . It came with a corn muffin. Everything was great . My husband got catfish potato salad and French fries. Potato salad was creamy fries were crinkle cut . I plan to stop again when I'm in the area would love to try the pork chop and meatloaf. Service couldn't ask for better everyone was nice and welcoming. ”
